7.6/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable but felt a bit cramped with views of buildings or parking lots. The service was excellent, especially for mobility impaired travelers, and the friendly staff offered us a breakfast voucher as a gesture of goodwill. The location was fantastic for exploring the city, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some tasty options but seemed a bit overpriced. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're looking for value and convenience.

7.2/10

The hotel rooms were on the small side, and unfortunately, there was no air conditioning during my stay. The staff tried to help by providing a fan, but it wasn't very effective. However, the historic nature of the building meant expecting cozy rooms. Although the price was a bit high, I won't be returning to this hotel.

The hotel had some safety concerns with the room not meeting expectations, but the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient and close to various venues and restaurants. The dining experience was mixed, with some items being exceptional while others not worth the price.

Rooms

Upon my return from my meetings around 3pm, I found the room was not as described and lacked sufficient amenities. I felt unsafe with only half a deadbolt on the door, especially as a solo female traveler.
Service

The staff were courteous and helpful, except for instances of poor communication. Despite some issues, they were nice and actually took the time to talk to us.
Location
8.0
The location was just what I needed, being right off the highway and downtown with easy access to various venues and restaurants.
Dining

The dining experience was a mix - some items were exceptional, but others were sub-par for the price, like the $18 dish that didn't meet expectations.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were lacking in terms of safety features in the rooms, but the overall experience was decent.
